After You have Collected Your Profit, You Make Your Donation.
And, You Get The Tax Deduction.
Then, You Get More Business.

The Charity Club, LLC Will:

At All Times Conduct Their Business in a Legal, Ethical and Moral Manner.
Maintain All Legally Required Licenses in Good Standing.
Advertise and Promote The Business Member's Business.
Use Varying Types of Media; Which May Include, But Not Be Limited To:
     Online, Email, Mail, Print, Coupons, Television, Radio, Word of Mouth.
Authorize Business Member to Use The Charity Club Logo.

The Business Member Will:

At All Times Conduct Their Business in a Legal, Ethical and Moral Manner.
Maintain All Legally Required Licenses in Good Standing.
Authorize The Charity Club, LLC to Use Business Information Enclosed and
     Any Content, Logos, Images, Trademarks, Copyrighted Materials Supplied.
     Use Authorization Is Limited To The Purposes Explained Herein.
Decide an Amount For Donation To The Charity.
     This Donation Will NOT Have ANY Cost to The Client.
     This Donation Will Be Given to The Charity Within 30 Days of Completion.
     This Amount May Be Changed By The Business Member at Any Time.
     All Previous Commitments Will Be Honored for a Period of 30 Days.
Retain The Right to Any Charitable Tax Deductions Available.
Promote The Charity Club as a Benefit To All of The Charity Members.

The Charity Club, LLC and The Business Member Agree:

This Contract is The Entire Agreement and The Laws of Nevada Govern.
All Notices and/or Changes Must Be In Writing.
Both Parties Are Not Responsible for The Actions of The Other Party or Any Third Party.
Results are Not Guaranteed by Either Party.
Either Party May Cancel This Contract At Any Time For Any Reason with Written Notice.
If Any Disagreement Cannot Be Settled Amicably, We Will Mediate Before Litigate.
This Agreement Will Go Into Effect When It Is Accepted by
     an Authorized Representative of The Charity Club, LLC,
     and Listing is Posted on TCC Website.
The Charity Club May Reject This Agreement for Any Reason Whatsoever
     and Will Have Absolutely No Obligations to Applying Business.
